Oshkosh Community Playground Project

Our construction troops need your support.

During this past week, Easter week, food chairpersons Barb Corcoran and Pam Laatsch were asked to plan for additional demands on their services due to the wonderful number of volunteers scheduled to do construction on the playground site.

The Playground Project needs Oshkosh area residents to consider helping in any way they can. If swinging a ladle or baking brownies is more your speed than swinging a hammer, than you too can be very helpful to the families and youth of Winnebago county for many years by participating in this special effort.

We need organizations to help in several areas: Volunteers are needed to help serve food (we need to feed over 500 at lunch and dinner) and to help prepare casseroles, salads, vegetables and desserts.

Also needed are volunteers to organize small food collections.
The food committee needs to collect many snacks such as apples, oranges, carrots, celery sticks, crackers, cakes, cookies, brownies, etc.
