is an advanced conferencing, email, bulletin board and
online communication system with a simple to use graphical interface.
With FirstClass, transferring files and messages, participating in chatrooms
and publishing information dynamically onto the Web is easy and quick.

It has been my pleasure, privilege, headache, triumph, nightmare, and
opportunity to design, launch and/or administer several FirstClass BBSs.
Each project has provided its own unique design challenge.
Here are a few examples of FirstClass work I have done:

The Rest Of Us BBS was designed and customized to serve nearly 700
members of The Chicago Area Macintosh Users' Group. Three years
of being the systems administrator meeting the needs of this group
has helped to place Seeing Specially Graphics on the leading edge

Electronic Trainer is an interactive BBS for sports medicine professionals.
It is a private bulletin board system operated by Cramer Products, Inc.
Cramer Products leads the way and sets the standards in
sports medicine and physical education supplies.

Quality Online Forum is a computer service developed and operated by
American Informatics, Inc. It is designed to be a one-stop source
of information for business professionals who are interested in

A Women's BBS was launched on Christmas day of 1994. The particular
design challenges of this BBS involved the settings documents and custom forms
which needed to be as useful and attractive for Windows users as for Mac users.
The Macintosh software currently permits slightly more creative use of
custom graphics and sounds than does the Windows client. A Women's BBS
